- Producer’s Letter – Updates & What’s Coming This Summer
Hello to all our concords out there!
This is Kotani, the producer of Zenonzard.
Are you all enjoying the Battle Spirits Collaboration?
I know I am! I built a Shikitsuru deck and I’m having a great time in the game.
Today, I’d like to share with you the latest news on Zenonzard, as well as reveal what you can look forward to this summer in the game.
In August, there will be a Summer Event in the game!
When it comes to summer, one theme just isn’t enough so we split summer into two!
The first half will be the Summer Fes theme, and the second half will be Summer in Japan theme!
The Summer Fes theme will be featuring the ACI in a festival along the beach, and
the Summer in Japan theme will be centered around a Japanese summer festival.
And, of course, we’re jazzing up all the ACI so they’re dressed for the summer festivities!
▶New ACI Summer Artwork
In addition to the swimsuit artwork that has already been released, there will be a
Summer-in-Japan look for all 16 ACI plus our lovely customer representative, Mina, in which they wear summer Japanese festival outfits!
Today, as a special exclusive, we’re releasing Mina’s
swimsuit and festival-wear artwork for all of you to see!
We’ll be releasing more Summer-in-Japan artwork in late July, so keep your eyes peeled!
Pssst, by the way, Claude will be manning a takoyaki or “octopus ball” stand, and Ranburn will be transformed into a total festival guy!
▶Summer Battle Mode
For the Summer Event, there will be an all-new Battle Event as well.
The name of it will be… wait for it… Zenonzard Summer Battlefield!!
I’m not going to spoil the surprise by giving away too many details,
but from the picture, it looks like Wondercall and Pimota are… battling to see who is the true mascot character?!
More details on the Zenonzard Summer Battlefield will be coming soon!
▶Summer Minions Artwork
The ACI aren’t the only ones getting a summer makeover! Six lucky minions will also have an original summer look as well.
The Legend cards will be available in the Shop,
and you can get the rest from login bonuses, completing missions or exchanging them with event coins!
Today, we’ll be showing you three of the six artworks!

Just so you know, Jellygirl with her eyes open is a pretty rare sight!
Battle Spirits Card Packs for Sale
We’re pleased to announced that EXCODE:03 BATTLE SPIRITS Card Packs will be released mid-August and they only contain Battle Spirits cards!
The Battle Spirits collaboration cards from the PACKCODE:04 FORBIDDEN will be strengthened, and more Yellow, Green, and Blue Spirits, which are currently low in number, will be added for even more deck-construction possibilities!
Here’s a hint! You could make 2-Cost decks, destruction decks and more… Okay, if I say any more, the promotion team will be upset with me!
Anyway, more information will be rolled out at the end of July!

will be available on our YouTube channel starting on July 31st 13:00 UTC!
This episode will be all about Yorusuke!
Watch as the Zenonzard world continues to unfold and find out a whole lot more about Yorusuke including what his motivations are to being an ACI and why his personality changed.
On July 31st, the curtains will rise to debut the Entertainer ACI Yorusuke Yorraiha!
Oh, and by the way, my activation date (birthday) is also July 31st.
Future Content
And last but not least…
Thanks to all our avid fans around the world, Zenonzard will be celebrating our one year anniversary of the official Japanese release on September 1st!
To show how thankful we are, we have a lot planned for the anniversary celebration including new battle modes, limited-time items and a whole lot more!
I can’t share with you the details yet but know you’re all in for some very pleasant surprises!
※Who knows? There might even be a whole new mode of deck building based on certain packs…maybe?
